Mike, a Consultant at Camden Consulting Group, brings unique expertise to the design and delivery of organizational learning and development programs as well as in coaching leaders and senior teams. Mikecombines over 25 years in Information Technology management with 10 years of coaching, facilitation, and instruction in HR leadership and organizational development.

Mike brings an enthusiastic and professional approach as a facilitator, looking to increase clients’ self-awareness to optimize strengths and address acknowledged areas for improvement. He is recognized for his ability to partner with executives and senior managers to craft realistic plans for professional development and positive change in the workplace. 

At Analog Devices, Inc., Mike was Senior OD Consultant, coaching both senior leaders and high potential candidates. As program manager for both the company’s global mentor program and its succession planning initiative, Mike played a pivotal role in establishing standard processes in identifying and establishing next-generation leaders. Mike’s experience in management, technology, and human resource disciplines enables him to empathetically relate to business clients, culminating in pragmatic approaches to leadership development. 

Mike has over 30 years of experience in higher education, teaching courses in Information Technology and Business Planning at Northeastern University and Merrimack College as adjunct instructor. Most recently, Mike has taught in the MBA and M.Ed. programs at Endicott College, teaching internationally at The Leysin American School, Leysin Switzerland, and The College of International Studies, Madrid, Spain.
