Barbara is a Consultant at Camden Consulting Group with 25 years of experience in workplace learning and performance. As a Corporate Coach University certified coach/facilitator, her work spans a wide range of leadership roles and industries, always with a focus on helping career professionals prepare for and achieve greater levels of responsibility, effective change management, dynamic team leadership, and results for their organizations. Among the companies with whom Barbara has worked are Discover Card, DuPont, Suffolk University, and Havas Worldwide.

Barbara is a lecturer in the Management Communications Program at the Wharton School where she teaches leadership communication. She also teaches leadership at the newly-named D’Amore-McKim School of Business.

Barbara is the author of Commit to Confidence: 30 Strategies to Help Women Step Up and Stand Out, considered by many readers the “how-to” of Lean In. The content for the book came directly from her coaching and training experiences with clients over the past several years.

Barbara’s ability to blend current and time-honored research with 
practical, real-world experience makes her approaches to training and coaching unique in the field. Her ability to engage large and small groups in interactive learning experiences consistently results in rave reviews from clients and participants.
