Virginia Dean


Virginia is a consultant at Camden Consulting Group and a certified executive coach. In her role as an executive coach, she skillfully facilitates her clients through a rigorous process of mindset and behavior work. Her work fosters sustainable behavioral shifts by putting equal emphasis on the polarities of “being” and “doing.” 

Virginia’s specialty as a coach is to increase her client’s self-awareness, change mindsets and frameworks for action and carefully examine everyday actions and interactions. This is done while she supports a deeper inquiry into her clients underlying beliefs, thoughts, challenges and aspirations.  Her clients transform into leaders who have the capacity to respond to the quickly changing business landscape with a grounded sense of purpose, focus, and effectiveness.

Prior to becoming an executive coach, Virginia spent more than 20 years in corporate human resources leadership roles. Throughout her career, Virginia has worked with C-suite and emerging executive leaders and mid-level leaders. Her diverse industry experience includes life sciences, professional services, high technology, and non-profit organizations such as BeiGene, TESARO, Ariad Pharmaceuticals, The Broad Institute, The Bridgespan Group, MA Medical Society, Mobius Bias Project and Macromedia (now Adobe). These experiences bring valuable perspectives to her coaching. Virginia has sat in the same seat and experienced the same challenges as her coaching clients.
