Rob Greenly


Rob has over 20 years of experience with coaching, communication skills, conflict negotiation, talent assessment, performance management, teambuilding, and organizational redesign to help individuals and groups maximize results from their capabilities. 

He has held positions as Vice President of Leadership and Organization Development for Boston Scientific, Vice President of Organization Development and Chief Administrative Officer for Human Resources for Putnam Investments, Director of Leadership for the MIT Sloan School of Management, Director of Organization Development and Training for Astra Pharmaceuticals, and Principal Consultant in Digital Equipment Corporation’s Management Sciences Group.

A native of Beaufort, S.C., Rob offers a laid-back Southern style combined with dogged client-centered assertiveness.
