Reggie Pearse


Reggie is a Consultant with Camden Consulting Group. He brings over 25 years in leadership roles, as well as rigor and creativity, to  the design and delivery of learning and development programs across different levels and roles in corporate and non-profit organizations.

Reggie’s practical experience as a CEO and in other entrepreneurial roles in a variety of industries, combined with his passion for improv acting, makes him uniquely qualified to help leaders and managers be their best. As a result, they are more engaging, motivating, and inspiring in their roles.

Well versed in organizational development initiatives, several of Reggie’s recent engagements in this arena include consulting on organizational merger and integration and working with leadership and sales teams to create and execute strategic plans. He has worked with a wide range of organizations including PepsiCo International, MIT, Boston Architectural College, Fidelity Investments, Kraft Foods, World Energy, and Prudential Retirement.

Reggie is a member of the adjunct faculty at Boston University Questrom School of Business where he teaches organizational behavior.
