Pam Jaeger


Pam is a Consultant for Camden Consulting Group with over 20 years’ experience in executive coaching, team facilitation, and organizational change and development initiatives.

As an executive coach, Pam readily develops trust based relationships with her clients to support them in exploring their leadership effectiveness.  She uses a 4-step results driven process to help leaders increase self-awareness, leverage their strengths, and develop new behaviors to maximize performance. 

As an expert on innovative teamwork, Pam partners with clients to help them achieve their goals by focusing on the "what" and the "how" – to fully engage everyone on the team in developing shared vision, strategic goals and action plans, and behavioral agreements on how to work best together.

Pam works across multiple industries including technology, financial services, health care, pharmaceuticals and higher education.  Her client list includes Apple, EMC, Novartis, Harvard Medical School, MIT Sloan School of Management, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and State Street Bank.
