Lina Foster

Lina is a Consultant with Camden Consulting Group in Boston.  She is an executive coach and organizational consultant specializing in team development with over 25 years of corporate experience.

As an Executive Coach, Lina uses 360 degree feedback and other assessments to provide personal insight, establish goals and enhance individual performance. She has expertise in leadership, management and career development and is known for her warm, direct communication style. 

In addition to coaching individuals, Lina also coaches partnerships and teams. She is specifically trained to coach relationship systems, whether that is two people whose work is interdependent or a team of people working to get results. Lina uses a combination of formal assessment, experiential activities and facilitated discussion to increase the positivity and productivity of teams. Drawing on her experience as team leader of complex, cross-functional corporate projects, she is business minded and results driven.

Prior to joining Camden, Lina spent sixteen years in a variety of leadership and internal consulting roles with Fidelity Investments. As Vice President of Management Effectiveness, Lina worked with senior executives and their teams to improve team results and served as a coach to Fidelity leaders. A talented project manager, Lina also played a significant leadership role in a multi-year strategic transformation of Fidelity’s HR function.  Prior to Fidelity she was a District Manager at Manpower, Inc. with P&L responsibility for four profit centers.
