Keith, a Consultant with Camden Consulting Group, specializes in working with high potential leaders at all levels. With over 25 years of innovative leadership and global management experience, Keith has developed a keen ability to assess and understand culture, build awareness, create plans and deliver results. He has partnered closely with CEO's, key leaders, and executive teams in many industries including Asset Management, Investment Banking, Financial Services and Bio pharmaceutical. 

Keith has held global executive leadership roles at State Street/State Street Global Advisors (SSgA), PAREXEL, and most recently at Credit Suisse. As a human resources executive and coach Keith has an impressive track record of partnering with business leaders to develop and implement successful business initiatives supported by solid HR practices and programs. In addition to his breadth and expertise across a broad array of Financial Services, Bio pharmaceuticals, Keith has broad experience in supporting functional disciplines which include operations, technology, finance, legal, audit, risk, and compliance.
