Judy Ingalls


Judy is a Consultant and Executive Coach at Camden Consulting Group, specializing in sustainable team transformation and executive development.  Judy blends her practical experience from over 25 years of coaching and organizational effectiveness consulting with a deep knowledge of group and organizational dynamics, individual psychology, and business demands.

Judy began her career facilitating experiential Outward Bound programs for corporate and government leaders, globally, and has since worked in a number of internal lead roles as the head of Leadership, Coaching and OD practices.  In that capacity, Judy created and managed leadership development and change management programs, Talent Management programs, and executive assessment and coaching efforts.  Past clients include GE, the Ford Motor Company, Morgan Stanley, the White House Fellows Program, Banker’s Trust, MTV and many others.

Judy also served as head of Global HR Capability Building at EMC, as Vice President in State Street Bank’s Executive Services Group, and at Fidelity Investments where she worked as the VP of Organizational Effectiveness in Bangalore, India and in the US. 

Judy has been a facilitator in Harvard’s Advanced Management Program, and a guest lecturer at Boston College and Brandeis University and for three years was the top rated faculty member in the Executive Coaching program at the Mass School of Professional Psychology.
