Jacqueline Franklin

Jacqueline Franklin is a Consultant at Camden Consulting Group whose primary focus is on working with senior leaders who want to take their performance to the next level. This includes “C” Suite/VP level executives in need of a sounding board and development, and high potential leaders preparing for the next step in responsibility.

Jacqueline’s work involves the use of assessments and confidential coaching sessions to help clients shift to more effective leadership and team engagement, communication styles, time management, and/or work/life balance. Jacqueline is a strong collaborator and partners with clients to set realistic goals and milestones to gauge progress.

Jacqueline’s experience includes years of consulting with global technology companies (e.g. IBM, Akamai, Stratix, Motorola, ScanSource, Progress Software, Iron Mountain and Verizon Wireless), in which she has worked with senior leaders to develop business growth and marketing strategies. This work has included working with teams and the cross-functional dynamics of an organization, including leading strategic planning sessions. Prior to consulting, Jacqueline held senior leadership positions within start-ups and global companies, including VP Marketing at an Internet software company. These experiences give her a strong connection to what many of her clients experience at one point or another.
