Harry Hutson, PhD

Harry, an Associate at Camden Consulting Group, speaks truth to power—helping leaders own the power of their truth.

Harry’s executive coaching practice builds self-awareness, a key factor in leadership success—clarity about purpose, affirmation of strengths, acknowledgement of weaknesses, and confidence in the ability to grow and develop. His leadership purpose is to help people get out of their own way. Harry has been a Professor of the Practice at Kenan-Flagler Business School. He is a member of NTL.

As a coach and consultant, Harry’s major corporate clients have included Bristol-Myers Squibb, Citigroup, Hood Dairy, Lifeline (Philips), Pfizer, Starbucks, and Unilever. He has also consulted to public schools, nonprofits, religious institutions, military organizations, partnerships, and startups. He works from his offices in North Carolina and New York.

For twenty-five years, Harry worked as a leadership and organizational development leader or human resources executive in multinational corporations—Cummins, Avery Dennison, Global Knowledge, and Devon Energy.
