Dwight Clarke


Dwight Clarke has been practicing the science of leadership development and organizational effectiveness for over 25 years and has deep expertise coaching and consulting to senior leadership and high-potential talent in leading Fortune 500 companies.

As a coach, facilitator, consultant, and human capital leader, he has worked in a wide array of industry sectors, from financial services and insurance to large utilities and retail organizations. Dwight has worked at every level in organizations and brings knowledge across cultures, countries, and functions. This allows him to recognize and offer creative, collaborative solutions through strategies related to leadership capability, diversity, talent acquisition, succession, and workforce planning. 

In the past, Dwight has established a successful Corporate COE and has facilitated trainings on talent development. His work has been instrumental in shaping agendas for Employee Resource Groups and diversity councils focused on realizing each organization’s diversity agenda. He also promoted the National Association of Black Accountants, an employee-led steering committee that has led firms to increase diversity in key roles.
