David Bourassa


David, a Consultant at Camden Consulting Group, brings over 25 years of business and leadership experience to his coaching.  He believes that coaching helps a leader uncover the power of their own leadership signature and learn how to enhance their effectiveness while staying true to themselves.  David’s role as an executive coach is to skillfully facilitate the leader’s journey through self-awareness, reflection and learning, and from this foundation launch the behavior change that results in growth as a leader.

David’s coaching experience includes working with leaders for both large and small organizations across multiple industries.

Prior to becoming an executive coach David spent 27 years in a variety of senior executive roles in financial services.  These experiences bring valuable perspective to his coaching.  As the executive responsible for the strategy and performance of large operations teams David has sat in the same seat and experienced the same challenges as his coaching clients.

David enjoys working with pragmatic business professionals who are willing to partner with a coach in a shared drive to uncover the best solution and achieve the best outcome.
