Candace Alexander


Candace, a Consultant at Camden Consulting Group, brings over 25 years of business and leadership experience to her coaching.  She focuses on helping both seasoned and emerging executives reach their highest potential, leading to positive and sustainable business results. 

Candace’s approach to executive coaching and leadership development is to maximize the individual’s leadership effectiveness based on intention and authenticity. She has worked with leaders of large and small organizations, both domestic and global, across multiple industries.  

Prior to becoming an executive coach, Candace spent 20 years in a varie

ty of senior leadership roles in financial services and professional services, including Watson Wyatt Worldwide and PricewaterhouseCoopers.  As a former Senior Vice President with Fidelity Investments, she led Corporate Business Development, charged with strategic planning, business valuation, mergers and acquisitions, divestures, and launching new businesses. She also led a Global Leadership Talent Program, coaching a team of emerging executives. 

Candace’s depth of business acumen, strategic thinking and leadership experience allows her to bring a unique perspective to her engagements as she has faced many of the challenges her clients are facing, first hand.
