Increasing Your Leadership Effectiveness

In its one-day program, Increasing Your Leadership Effectiveness, Camden Consulting Group presents research-based practices that enable managers to determine employee performance management needs by assessing their capacity and motivation to meet or exceed performance expectations. This program guides managers to acknowledge their leadership style preferences and to use a wider range of leadership styles to improve performance, motivation and engagement.

Process

Camden uses individual, small and large group activities to help managers apply concepts and practices to their current workgroup. Using a leadership style preference questionnaire, managers identify their tendency to use some leadership styles more than others and explore the effectiveness of the use of these styles. Through application exercises, managers increase their ability to analyze performance, both on-track and off-track, and develop a plan to use leadership styles that will increase the performance and productivity of their workgroup.
