Creating a Motivating Environment

Creating a Motivating Environment

Camden Consulting Group’s one-day program, Creating a Motivating Environment, helps managers create workplace environments that promote employee engagement and involvement, and encourage the free flow of ideas. This program presents some of the latest thinking on motivation in the workplace including that of Daniel Pink in his book, Drive, and Patrick Lencioni in his book, The Three Signs of a Miserable Job, as well as some of the time-honored theories of motivation.  It leaves managers with the ability to design work and workplace enhancements that have a positive impact on motivation.

Process

Camden uses a range of assessment tools that help managers think about the environment that their practices and behaviors create, and the impact of the environment on motivation. This program offers managers a range of approaches, skills and tools that will increase the likelihood that work, and the workplace, will be stimulating and energizing; freeing employees to deliver their best performance. Skill practice ensures immediate application of learning to the job.
