Linda StJohn


Linda is a consultant at Camden Consulting Group where she partners with her clients to maximize leadership capabilities. She helps clients understand their leadership reality and provides direct and honest feedback to help them achieve business results.  Her unique strength is her ability to listen and gain trust quickly to understand how to help clients move forward.  

Linda held a variety of leadership positions throughout her career, and most recently was Chief Human Resources Officer at Fallon Health, where under her leadership, Fallon transitioned into a performance driven culture and achieved an average employee engagement score of 89% over four years. As a human resources executive with 25 years of experience in healthcare, she has coached numerous leaders to succeed in challenging environments. 

Linda chairs the Worcester Advisory Board of Bottom Line, an organization that helps low income, first generation students get into college, graduate and go far in life, and also is a member of the organization’s Massachusetts Board.
