Kathy Gagne


Kathy, a Consultant at Camden Consulting Group, specializes in design of talent solutions that inspire and “unleash” the potential in individuals to help them grow and thrive, thus contributing to their own success,  as well as success of their organizations.  She is passionate about driving business value by aligning human capital strategies with business strategy and culture, and leading enterprise-wide change initiatives that result in a highly engaged workforce with a sense of purpose.

Kathy has extensive experience in both research and consulting, as well as various internal leadership roles.  She  has been a successful strategic business partner with hands on experience designing and implementing practical solutions that created impact & produced results.  In her most recent role as Director of Global Talent Strategy at Sapient, Kathy led a global change initiative to transform their annual performance process by focusing on developing and engaging individuals as a way to grow the organization, eliminating the traditional rating & ranking approach.  The firm’s approach has been used in case studies by Harvard and Yale in their MBA programs.
