Jim is a Consultant at Camden Consulting Group. Over more than twenty years Jim has created collaborative partnerships in accountability through which leaders effect greater positive impact  and realize their fullest potential. His executive coaching aims to deepen self-awareness and increase positive actions which lead to higher levels of sustained achievement. He focuses on the attainment of well articulated objectives for clients and their organizations. He has been described as a coach with a unique combination of ‘gravitas and warmth’.

Jim’s career included Senior positions in Human Resources at Citibank and Fidelity Investments. He holds dual citizenship in the USA and Ireland and has managed diverse groups of  HR Professionals in the USA, Ireland, Spain, France, North Africa, and the UK.  At Fidelity, he was named the most effective manager in HR via the company’s Gallup Survey measuring employee engagement and his department was consistently rated first in internal customer service among over thirty departments.

Jim’s explicit focus is Leadership, Executive, and Career Coaching. He has worked with clients from  Fidelity, TIAA-Cref, Dow Jones, Dartmouth College, Berens Capital, the PGA, The Club Managers Association of America, and the CIA, among others. Given Jim’s background, financial services has been a dominant theme, though he has engaged with leaders in other industries in diverse areas of leadership and careers.

He has developed a leadership model entitled A.C.H.I.E.V.E based upon the seven most common attributes of modern business leaders. He is also writing a book with one of his sons focusing on a juxtaposition of views between millennials and baby boomers.
