Elizabeth is an Associate at Camden Consulting Group and a Certified Executive Coach. She works with emerging leaders and executives to help them lead teams and organizations more effectively. She brings a wealth of business experience, a direct style and a sense of humor, helping clients perform, collaborate and lead at their very best.

Elizabeth’s ability to actively listen, identify patterns and create clarity has made her an invaluable resource to clients in industries such as financial services, healthcare, professional services, and technology, among others.

Elizabeth spent 15 years working in marketing, business development, relationship management and strategy roles in a range of industries, from Financial Services, Consumer Products and Digital Marketing, to Consulting and Training & Development. She has worked in a wide range of companies, from early start-ups to well-established corporations with more than 40,000 employees. She is experienced in the challenges of team dynamics, managing relationships in matrixed, remote and international organizations, and adapting in ever-changing economic markets.

In addition to her work as an Executive Coach, Elizabeth is a facilitator and consultant, helping executives, small business owners and teams expand their skills and work more effectively.
