Christopher Merrill

Chris is a Consultant with Camden Consulting Group, and as an executive coach and experienced life science professional, he utilizes his unique combination of expertise to promote leadership and organizational change that empowers people and boosts business results. Through coaching, Chris helps leaders to discover their blind spots, strengthen underdeveloped skills, and become more successful leaders.  Through leadership training and team work, he focuses on topics such as team building, motivation, coaching as managers and enhancing communication skills.

Chris has 20 years of experience in drug development as a researcher, project manager, and business executive.  He truly understands the challenges that scientists, managers and executives face—from the bench to the board room.  Having walked in his client’s shoes (or lab coat) allows for an immediate partnership that enables them to hit the ground running.

As a former business executive, Chris appreciates the importance of “the bottom line” and understands that coaching is an investment that must demonstrate a return.  Together he works with his clients to track progress and identify clear outcomes to measure success.
