Team Effectiveness Coaching
Camden Consulting Group's team coaching services provide a comprehensive approach to enhance decision-making, problem-solving, collaboration, accountability and overall performance. Team coaching engagements typically include the following core elements:
- a thorough assessment of the team and its members to determine the current level of effectiveness, the major challenges facing the team and the organization and the barriers to success
- feedback of the assessment findings into relevant themes in a 1 or 2-day meeting where the team will have the opportunity to discuss the findings and prioritize the issues that need to be addressed
- an action plan that will enable the team to address the priorities and begin to develop the skills and behaviors needed for long-term success
- a coaching and action-learning process that will involve several follow-up sessions with the team over the next several months in which the team will have the opportunity to develop and practice effective team skills and behaviors
Team coaching usually provides an opportunity for the collective and individual team members to establish some metrics for success and a process for regular assessment as to how they are progressing in their goal to be a high-performing team.
