Emerging Leader Programs

Camden Consulting Group designs and delivers leadership programs for our clients’ emerging leaders. These development programs are targeted at the organization’s leaders of the future and are an efficient way to introduce emerging leaders to the concepts and practices of senior executive leadership.  The programs are grounded in assessment of the participants against the organization’s senior leadership models.

Programs usually run over the course of several months and are conducted in groups of 10-20 participants at a time.  Group work is typically complemented by one-on-one developmental planning and leadership coaching.  We select learning opportunities and challenges that address the specific development goals of the participants. Emerging Leaders Programs have proven to be an efficient and practical way for organizations to build their bench for future senior executive leadership.
