Senior Executive Coaching
Executive coaching can be a valuable tool for developing and retaining those individuals who have the highest potential for senior leadership roles in the organization. Coaching can help these individuals to more quickly perform at a higher level and guide them toward building the skills needed for long-term success.
Camden generally provides one-on-one coaching for a period of six to nine months. A high-potential coaching engagement will typically include:
- a thorough assessment process whereby we develop a full understanding of the individual and identify the executive skills that are most in need of development;
- an action plan focused on developing the management and executive skills needed for ongoing career growth;
- one-on-one coaching by a Camden consultant along with extensive involvement of other mentors within the organization who will help to guide and monitor development.
Camden has worked with hundreds of client organizations and their senior executives on a broad spectrum of functional disciplines and industry segments.
