Mid-Manager Coaching
Camden Consulting Group provides developmental coaching to managers and key performers who play significant roles in an organization’s success. These managers are usually building the skills that will enable them to perform more effectively in their current roles and prepare them to take on more significant roles in the future.
Coaching engagements typically last six to nine months and are focused on skill building in the areas that will enhance the contribution to the organization’s goals and objectives. Each coaching engagement includes the following core elements:
- a thorough assessment to develop a full understanding of the individual manager, his/her area of responsibility and the business or organizational challenges that must be addressed;
- an action plan that will help to develop the executive skills needed for ongoing career growth and address any significant performance issues;
- coaching to learn and practice new leadership skills in the context of his/her current role and in preparation of more significant responsibilities down the road; and
- creation of a feedback and support network within the organization to reinforce and support ongoing development and improvement.
