Team Assessments

Camden Consulting Group performs assessments of leadership teams to help teams evaluate how productive and effective they are in achieving their goals. Assessments are applicable to all types of teams, including senior leadership teams, cross-functional teams, project teams and virtual teams.

We utilize a variety of tools that assess the critical dimensions of high-performing teams as well as the characteristics, styles and motivations of individual team members.  We supplement online instrumented survey data with interviews of team members and other key constituents in order to develop a complete picture of the team’s effectiveness.
