Organizational Leaders Program

Camden Consulting Group’s Organizational Leaders Program is specifically designed for managers and executives who are technical or functional experts but find themselves in organizational leadership roles.  Participants in this program will learn to make the shift from a technical or functional leader to a business leader with broader organizational impact.

Over the course of nine months, participants will engage in a program that offers three reinforcing formats: individual assessment and coaching; a series of four group educational workshops; and peer learning and support.

This program is offered in two formats:
  • an open enrollment program for technical leaders from different organizations whereby participants can share the varied perspectives and practices of a diverse group of executives and organizations;
  • or a program made up of executives from one organization that is challenged with developing organizational leadership among several technical and functional leaders.
