Kris Girrell

Kris is a Senior Partner responsible for engineering and delivering talent management initiatives on executive coaching and leadership development. He brings over 30 years of experience in career development and executive coaching, partnering with and counseling C-level executives, and working with leadership teams and emerging leaders to achieve their development goals.

He holds Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Psychology from Penn State University and has completed advanced graduate work at the University of Maryland. Kris is Chairman of the Career Partners International (CPI) Executive Coaching Quality Review Board and co-authored their Executive Coaching Practices Manual. An avid public speaker on leadership practices and competency-based development, he has had engagements in Europe, Africa and throughout North America. He has also taught executive coaching courses at the graduate level, and career development and decision-making at the collegiate and community college levels.

When away from Camden, Kris enjoys family time, continued education and running a holiday charity for area homeless kids.
