Ed Evarts

Ed Evarts is a consultant with Camden Consulting Group.  With over twenty-five years of leadership and management experience, Ed works with leaders and their teams, at all levels of an organization, to build awareness, create action, and deliver business results. He brings a business-centric approach to his executive coaching and leadership development, helping leaders become successful in areas such as clarity, confidence, conflict, and change.  Ed has worked in a variety of vertical markets including business-to-business services, healthcare, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, financial services, and government services.

He has held leadership roles at the (former) Federated Department Stores, (former) May Department Stores and Iron Mountain, all of which are multi-location and multi-cultural organizations.  In his role as a human resources executive, Ed has supported all levels of leaders in a variety of functional areas including sales, account management, marketing, operations, information technology, engineering, finance, accounting, legal, and human resources.

Ed holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Arkansas.  He is a qualified administrator of the Myers-Briggs® Type Indicator, the DiSC® Behavioral Assessment and Lominger’s VOICES® 360-degree assessment tool.  Ed received his coaching certification through the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC).  He is the Vice President of Finance and Administration for the New England chapter of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and a Board Member-at-Large for the Association of Career Professionals – New England.
