Catherine A. Manning
Catherine Manning, CPCC, is a Consultant at Camden Consulting Group providing executive coaching services to senior executives from a diverse group of industries including global finance, banking, law, financial services, biotechnology, engineering, energy, the arts, consulting and information technology. As a certified professional executive coach and leadership trainer, Catherine brings over 20 years of line management experience in financial services to her work with Camden clients. She has special expertise working with corporations and groups on customized leadership initiatives that focus on effective leading, team building, cohesive culture creation and individual and team motivation.
Most recently, Catherine has been working with small business owners and corporate clients on increasing leadership, teamwork and effectiveness initiatives. Prior to her private practice work, Catherine held senior leadership and management roles within Deutsche Asset Management (Head of Global Consultant Relations) in NY. Previously, she held key management roles in sales, marketing, client service, and general management with Quadra Capital Partners, Evaluation Associates and John Hancock Financial Services.
Cathy is a member of the Management Faculty at Babson College on the Undergraduate level teaching the Foundations of Management and Entrepreneurship and Organizational Behavior in Wellesley, MA, and is a faculty leader in Babson's Coaching for Teamwork and Leadership Program. She is a member of the International Coach Federation, locally and nationally, and sits on the Educational Foundation Committee of the South Shore Women’s Business Network. She is a former Overseer of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Boston. Catherine holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Babson College.
