Camden's team of consultants has a rich depth of experience in business line management, education, training, human resources, organizational development and career consulting. Each brings a unique blend of business experience and consulting expertise to his or her assignments.


Mike Noble

Mike Noble is the Managing Partner of Camden Consulting Group.  He has provided leadership development coaching and consulting to senior executives since joining Camden in 1998.  His work spans several management disciplines and industry segments, including high tech, biotech, financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, consumer products and professional services.  In addition to his role as a consultant, he is responsible for managing the firm's business and strategic development activities.

Mike has over 20 years of executive management experience and a decade of senior-level consulting experience.  From 1974 to 1998 he served in a variety of senior line management roles with FleetBoston Financial, including positions in such diverse areas as domestic commercial lending, international banking, credit administration, operations and technology, investment services, private banking and corporate quality management.  He brings his practical, hands-on line management experience into his consulting work with individual executives and senior leadership teams.  He helps his clients identify their highest priorities for improvement and assists them in implementing effective strategies for personal and organizational excellence.

Mike has served on the Board of Directors of the Bankers Association of Foreign Trade, the Public Education Fund (Rhode Island), Special Olympics Rhode Island and the Rhode Island Zoological Society.  He has completed executive training at the Center for Creative Leadership in Greensboro, North Carolina and he is certified in the Center's developmental assessment instruments.  Mike holds a Bachelor's degree from Harvard College and has done post-graduate work at Harvard Business School.


Kelly Botto

Kelly Botto is a Senior Consultant in Camden's Human Capital Consulting practice and specializes in the delivery of programs which link human resources strategy to business strategy.  Kelly is a seasoned professional with more than 15 years of diverse human resources experience, including the in-depth knowledge of executive coaching, performance management, competency modeling, 360-degree assessment interpretation, career development, career management and training and development.  Previously, she held management and human resources roles at Dunkin' Brands, Lois Paul & Partners, Omgeo, Thomson & Thomson, Thomson Financial and Topaz Partners.  Over her career, she has created competency-based performance management programs to align employee and organizational goals; designed and managed a global executive coaching program to integrate people and company cultures in a post-merger environment; and designed and facilitated employee and management training workshops on a variety of topics.

Kelly holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a concentration in Human Relations and Work from Saint Anselm College in Manchester, New Hampshire.


Kris Girrell

Kris Girrell is a Senior Partner at Camden Consulting Group where he has responsibility for developing and delivering executive coaching and leadership development services.  Drawing on his years in the Boston marketplace, Kris has built broad capabilities in coaching scientific, technology and business leaders in the biotech/pharma, high-technology and financial services sectors.  His clients have ranged from C-suite executives and their teams to high-potential employees.  Altogether, Kris has over 30 years experience in career development and counseling, including more than 15 years as an executive coach.  Additionally, Kris is the Chairman of the Career Partners International (CPI) Executive Coaching Quality Review Board and co-authored their Manual for Executive Coaching Practices.  An avid public speaker, Kris has worked professionally in Europe, Africa and throughout the US and Canada and has taught at the graduate, collegiate and community college levels.  He holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Psychology from Penn State University and has completed advanced graduate work toward a doctorate at the University of Maryland.


Robert P. Hewes

Robert P. Hewes is a Senior Partner at Camden where he oversees the Leadership Development and Management Training practice area as well as develops and delivers executive coaching and leadership development services.  A senior strategist and skilled facilitator, Bob has worked with key leaders at multiple levels within organizations spanning numerous industry segments, including biotech, financial services, law, high tech, insurance, utility and manufacturing.  Prior to joining Camden, Bob accumulated a wealth of strategic consulting and management experience as Managing Director and Partner in the Boston office of Strategic Decisions Group, where he was responsible for their Power and Gas Industry practice.  Throughout his 12 years in professional practice, Bob has assembled and led numerous cross-functional teams while helping clients enhance their business strategies and improve tangible operating results.  Bob has a Ph.D. and Master's degree in Engineering Sciences from Harvard University as well as a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of New Hampshire.  He has completed advanced training in Action Design's learning frameworks, is a certified facilitator of Stephen R. Covey's "The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People" and was a Senior Facilitator for The Committee of Chief Risk Officers.


Reenie Kelleher

Reenie Kelleher, as Partner/Director of Client Services, is responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of Camden's consulting services.  Reenie has over 15 years experience in training and business development.  She holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Human Development from Boston College and is an active member in the Northeast Human Resources Association, Human Resource Leadership Forum and American Society for Training and Development.  Reenie has completed the Tools for Developing Successful Executives program at the Center for Creative Leadership in Greensboro, North Carolina and is certified in the Center's developmental assessment instruments, including Benchmarks.

With over 25 years of experience working in the corporate and private sectors of business, Jayne Mattson brings in-depth experience to her Senior Consultant role at Camden.  Jayne is the co-founder and co-leader of Camden's "Authentic Leadership Program for Women Executives" and also a practice leader in our Leadership Development and Management Training group.

Concurrently, Jayne provides career consulting for Camden's sister division, Keystone Associates, where she specializes in career exploration, transition and critical decision making for senior- and mid-level executives.  Prior to joining the firm, Jayne had a private practice as a career management consultant and worked for Millipore Corporation, a Fortune 500 company, where she was responsible for managing a global engineering documentation system.

In addition to her work with Camden, Jayne is very active with ACP International, the "world voice" on career management issues.  She held leadership roles in the Boston Chapter and was the conference chair for the international conference held in Boston in 2006.  Jayne is also a member of the Northeast Human Resources Association and their MetroWest Programming Committee.  Jayne holds a Master's degree in Management from Leslie University and a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from Northeastern University.


Louisa Mattson

Louisa Mattson, a clinical psychologist, provides individual assessment and consulting to Camden clients.  Louisa is also the co-founder and co-leader of Camden's "Authentic Leadership Program for Women Executives."  Her background in education and healthcare includes working at Wesleyan University and The Marino Center for Progressive Health as well as over 20 years in a private consulting practice.  Her expertise includes individual career consulting as well as the delivery of group workshops on communications, personal development and team building.  Much of her work in recent years has been focused on helping senior executives successfully negotiate major personal and professional career transitions.  Louisa also does specialized work with senior women executives, helping them to reach new executive levels, define alternative career paths and improve work/life balance.  Louisa is experienced in a variety of executive assessment inventories useful in career planning and personal development, and has in-depth experience in stress management and performance enhancement techniques.  She has advanced training in leading-edge mind/body techniques for addressing "whole person" issues.  Louisa holds a Ph.D. in clinical psychology from the University of Minnesota and has a Bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan.  She also has completed a postdoctoral fellowship in Organizational Development and Human Resource Consulting.  She is a licensed One-on-One HeartMath provider and a member of the American Psychological Association and The National Register of Health Service Providers.

Susan Miele, Senior Partner, leads the Human Capital Consulting practice for Camden and brings more than 20 years of human resources management and executive development expertise to her role.  Susan has extensive experience and expertise in people strategies and practices, culture and change management, organizational design and restructuring, and executive learning and development.  Previously Susan was the Chief People Officer at Omgeo, where she led the People Strategy and Practices department and was responsible as a member of the senior management team for the design and execution of the HR strategy.  She has held several human resources executive roles with Thomson Corporation, Lois Paul & Partners, Fitcorp and Ziff Communications.  During her career, Susan has been deeply involved in designing and implementing complex performance management systems, leading multi-faceted organizational design and development initiatives, creating competency-based HR strategies, architecting leadership development programs and building strategic talent management solutions.

Susan holds a Master's degree in Training and Development from Lesley University; a Bachelor's degree from the University of Massachusetts, Boston; and a Certificate of Organization Design from the University of Southern California.  She completed the Human Resources Leadership Program at the Center for Creative Leadership and graduated from the Leadership Coaching Program at The George Washington University.


David Montross

Dave Montross is a Partner at Camden where he has responsibility for developing and delivering executive coaching, leadership development and human capital consulting services. Dave brings over twenty years of leadership development experience to his work and utilizes a practical, results-oriented approach to his work with clients.  He has provided consulting, coaching and leadership development services to a wide array of disciplines and industry segments.  Some of his larger clients include Fidelity Investments, Biogen Idec, Boston Scientific, John Hancock and Harvard University.

Before joining Camden, Dave was Director of Leadership Development at Stratus Computer, and previously worked in corporate management and leadership development roles at Digital Equipment Corporation, Norton Company and Houghton Mifflin Publishers.  Before his business career, Dave was Director of Career Planning at Holy Cross College and also served as a Captain in the U.S. Air Force.  He holds a Doctorate in Education from Indiana University, and degrees from Rutgers and Seton Hall Universities.  Dave is the co-author/editor of four books on topics related to career development, is the past President of the New England Leadership Forum and has held officer-level positions in other professional organizations.  He is certified in many career and personal assessment instruments and is an approved feedback provider in the Center for Creative Leadership's flagship leadership development programs.

Judy Shen-Filerman, Consultant, has had an expansive 15-year career as a business-line manager, entrepreneur and consultant.   Her experience includes key management positions at some of the world's leading consumer goods corporations, including: Polaroid, Campbell Soup, Johnson & Johnson and Procter & Gamble.  For the past five years, she has leveraged her expertise into her work with organizations on business development and strategic planning issues and with senior executives on career coaching and workplace management.  She has developed a special focus area around work/life coaching for women, minorities and multicultural persons.  Judy founded a successful consulting firm which specialized in helping organizations establish their particular framework for success through comprehensive analysis, creative brainstorming, prioritization and commitment to implementation.  In addition to her experience as a career coach, Judy is an excellent team facilitator, workshop leader and strategic planning trainer.  Judy holds both a Bachelor's degree and an MBA from Harvard.  Immigrating to the US at the age of six from Taiwan, she continues to be fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
