SUSAN MIELE NAMED PARTNER OF CAMDEN CONSULTING GROUP

Boston, Mass. (May 1, 2007) - Michael C. Noble, managing partner of Camden Consulting Group, today announced that Susan Miele has joined the firm as partner.  In her position, Miele will deliver human capital consulting, executive coaching and leadership development services.

"Susan has more than 20 years of human resources management and executive development expertise as well as extensive experience in people strategies and practices, culture and change management, organizational design and restructuring, and executive learning and development.  Her abilities will truly enhance the services we bring to our clients," Noble said.  

Prior to joining Camden, Miele was the Chief People Officer at Omgeo, a global financial services joint venture between Thomson Financial and DTCC.  Prior to Omgeo, she served in a variety of human resources executive roles with other Thomson Corporation entities and with Lois Paul & Partners, Fitcorp and Ziff Communications.  She holds a Master's degree in Training and Development from Lesley University; a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Massachusetts, Boston and a Certificate of Organization Design from the University of Southern California.
