Elaine Varelas, Managing Partner

Elaine Varelas is Managing Partner of Keystone Partners, parent company to Camden Consulting Group, where she has spent over 20 years collaborating with organizations to develop and implement strategic coaching and talent management initiatives that support business objectives.  Elaine’s expertise includes, leadership development and talent management, organizational effectiveness, executive coaching and training.  Elaine’s experience spans a broad range of industries and businesses, including Fortune 500 companies, start-ups and not-for-profit organizations. 

She frequently addresses professional and business associations and is quoted on leadership development and career management topics in publications like The Wall Street Journal, CNN and The Boston Globe.

A graduate of the Management Development Program at Boston University, Elaine holds a Master of Education degree from the University of Vermont and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth.  

Elaine is an active member of many professional associations, including The Boston Club.  She is Treasurer and former Chairman of the Board for Career Partners International, an LLC of global career management firms which she helped co-found in 1987.
